Our visitors in 2007 left having lost only 1 days flying in 3 weeks. As in the last 2 years, we have since had wave to 12000', 16,500' and FL240, the top of our wave window. It has been said that Milfield is the easiest site to learn to fly wave. Why not join us ? We also have many ridges so, if it's flyable it's normally soarable !

Could we ask that all visiting pilots bring their log books for inspection by the duty instructor please. Please also note that we have a restriction on numbers for these weeks so booking is essential.

Accommodation must be booked in advance and is normally booked Saturday night to Friday night inclusive. Bedroom must be vacated by 10.00am on Saturday morning.There are 4 rooms, each with 2 single beds; bedding is not provided. The rooms are located in the clubhouse, are double glazed and are located beside the toilet / shower rooms. There is no catering provided but use of the kitchen with crockery, cooker, microwaves ovens and fridge freezer in the clubhouse is included in the accommodation charge..
